YES! That's exactly it! It never is "easy." I won't even go into the hoops I had to jump in to transfer my plates to TN plates when I moved here, and then getting this vehicle registered as well. Lets just say, I'm glad my husband finally handled it FOR me because my patience was totally shot before it was all over. haha! YES! That’s exactly it! Murphy's Law it was and is. Yes, I am totally plagued by it, but I try to take with good humor. Try being the operative word. Yup, now you have to have your emissions tested and be given a slip of paper marking it passed before you can get your tags renewed. Pain in the booty, but I understand and appreciate why they do it.
