Another travel day

One week ago, I was on a plane to Texas. Today, I am in the backseat of a pick-up truck heading to Nashville.

So many stories to share!!! The wedding went great and will be a post all its own this week. As will a trip to College Station, where I left my Aggie Ring behind for repair. (Bless Balfour and their warranty.)

For today, though, travel is my focus. I’ve already had Whataburger and a stop at the Czech Stop in West, TX. Still ahead, Ray Hubbard Reservoir, the crosses in Memphis, the bridge into Memphis, and… Arkansas. Most of these I look forward to on this trip. One of these, I do not. Simply because it equals bad luck for me.

*snort* Just saw a billboard for Petro truck stop. Cleanest bathrooms, they claim. With the picture of a roll of toilet paper and, “That’s how we roll.” Bwahahaha

Anyway, back to the task at hand. Travel. I have drink. I have a cell phone charger. I have kolaches. I am about to try to dig out a book. All is well.

Happy Tuesday, all!
