It’s been two weeks since I last posted… Not for lack of having things to say, but more for lack of energy to say them. The world is so loud these days, that I find myself embracing the quiet more and more. Â And that includes my own quiet.
But that’s where the simple photo steps in, to speak without saying a word.
Today’s photos bring January to a close, and they open the door to February.

I missed posting last weekend. We went bowling with friends on Sunday, and my husband came in off the road on Saturday so we had a date night. As such, I just was off in my own little world, and by the time I remembered Photo Share, I figured I might as well just wait and make it extra good this week.
Tour season has started early this year… and for that I am grateful.
The weather has been awfully wacky, too.
I’m going to be traveling to Texas the next few weeks, so I’ve taken every opportunity presented to me to get into Nashville for awhile.
But in all that I do, I’ve made sure to take time to appreciate some of my favorite things.
Its been a good couple of weeks… next time I check in it will be from the Lone Star State! Have a great week everyone!
